Urban Grow – Shree Shyam Technoplast (India), we ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect products, reported within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Replacements will be provided after verification, subject to availability. Refunds are processed only if replacement is not possible and will be credited within 7–10 working days via the original payment method. Customized or damaged items are non-returnable.
